It was my vision, my creation. I had put all my time, energy and heart into it's development. After finishing the research and development, I worked all the finite details until the project was ready to launch. I lacked only funding. When I approached the group and presented my vision they saw immediately the plausibility of success. What I did not realize was that as I envisioned and created for the people, they envisioned only power and fortune. My naivete was my downfall. They would take purity and corrupt it. What should be available to all would be assessable only to the wealthy and elite.
They stole my project, my dream, and presented it as their own with great success, all the while pushing me aside. They not only forgot about me but underestimated me as well.
I could not let them remain in control so I laid a plan and this celebration provided the perfect circumstance to execute it.
I wonder how long before someone realizes the champagne is tainted?
